Orange Regency is an exclusive 15 unit developed wholly developed, owned and managed by Far East Organization. It is located in almost the heart of prime district 10 in Singapore and is a freehold project but all units are only for rent and not for sale. Orange Regency features marble like flooring for living and dining areas which was popular during the earlier period. The flooring actually looks rather ageless and I must say they look good in Orange Regency. The combination of split flooring and large front doors and separate living and dining areas gives Orange Regency a sense of space and class.
The kitchen and bathrooms of Orange Regency have been updated with relatively new appliances to give it a modern look.
The parquet flooring in the bed rooms match rather nicely in the bed rooms and are well kept.
