Brentwood Villas can be considered as cluster housing with all the 9 units sharing common space and entrance, each unit has its own individual carpark allocated in front of its house entrances. It's a two storey development built like terraces and peppered with landscapes around the estate. Brentwood Villas was completed around 2005 and feature a rather conservative architecture with generous live in space of about 2400 Sqft. Typical units have 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with marble and parquet floorings.
In Singapore, one category of tenant's that may be attracted to Brentwood Villas may be western expat families who value family space on a landed property with 4 bed rooms and choice location off Orchard Road. Being part of a cluster housing means living in a community like environment where children can easily mingle around with children of neighbours within the estate.
