Lotus at Paya Lebar is basically comprising of east wing and west wing, with both wings being a combination of heritage conservation houses and modern buildings behind.
The east wing of Lotus at Paya is the newer wing and in the conservation house are of the east wing, tenants in this wing will also get to enjoy free coffee, tea and weekday breakfast in the breakfast room, located on the ground floor.
