This is one of the grand old dame of the expat popular River Valley residential area. It is a twin tower condo with 6 stacks and comprises of mainly 3 bed room units.
Almost all the residents in Leonie Condotel are expats as this is a for lease only development by Far East Organization. Not common to find a huge luxury residential complex to be run and managed by a sole operator cum developer.
Step inside the development, one can feel it is a grand condo abeit it being matured. Wide open spaces, grand entrance and high ceiling lobby, ample security, large lap swimming pool, well equipped with cardio machines and free weights as well as strength training stations. A well appointed. Reception with staff greets you as you walk into the lobby.
The residents or tenant mix in Leonie Condotel are rather well spread out among Asians and westerners. Very family orientated, one can see the school bus arriving to drop off kids in the condo in the evening.
Units are very generous in space with 3 bed room units going up to about 2900 sf. Balconies aren't huge but certain balconies are good enough for chairs and 4 chairs while balconies at the penthouse units certainly can hold a small party.
Master bed rooms are certainly huge with proportionally huge attached bathrooms. By default most bedrooms are ensuite, ensuring privacy for its residents.
Some units in Leonie Condotel are duplex, while the all the penthouses are duplex on its own, with open terraces but without roof top gardens.
All units come with dishwashers, a welcome appliance not found in many city properties, unfortunately. Dishwashers are popular with native Singaporeans so is hot water in the kitchen. Hopefully, it is catching up slowly.
Views from the apartment are mainly city view and areas in the Leonie area. Distances between Leonie units to its neighbors are well spaced, not the common crampy feel one gets living in city areas.

Stack one (2722 sqft), stack two (2715 sqft - single level) and stack three (2568 sqft - single level) are at tower A while stack four (2722 sqft), stack five (2715 sqft - single level) and stack six (2980 sqft - duplex) are at tower B
Besides the penthouses and the two bedroom floor plans, most of the floor plan of units inside Leonie Condotel are quite similar in sizes, the difference is whether they are a single storey or duplex. Single level units at Leonie Condotel will generally give a grander feel and more spacious feel whereas a duplex floor plan layout provides for better privacy for individual members of the occupants in the apartment.
