Lotus at Joo Chiat is an award winning residential project which comprises of 17 two-storey shophouses with attics, and another 32 modern apartments in a separate designed to blend in with the conservation shophouses.
The 17 white and pastel colored conservation shophouses at Lotus at Joo Chiat front the rather quiet road with a personality of its own.
