In Singapore,GuocoLand has received the prestigious Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Award, the highest honour for a green building in Singapore, for its most recent developments being Goodwood Residence and Sophia Residence within the residential portfolio, Clermont Residence at Tanjong Pagar Centre, Leedon Residence, Elliot at the East Coast, The Quartz and The Waterline have also won Green Mark Awards. In addition, Goodwood Residence was conferred the prestigious Outstanding award for Excellence by the Singapore Landscape Architecture Awards (SILA) in 2014. GuocoLand’s commercial developments have also set the benchmark for environmental sustainability with Guoco Tower at Tanjong Pagar Centre achieving the LEED (CS) (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Precertification. LEED (CS), an internationally renowned award recognising eco-friendly buildings in the world. Guoco Tower, as well as the hotel and retail components, has also been conferred the Singapore BCA (Building and Construction Authority) Green Mark (Platinum) award.
